Midcentury designers in Mexico and Brazil – from landscape designer Roberto Burle Marx to furniture designer Clara Porset – inspired this collection. When bringing the modern style of clean lines and simple forms to their designs, they also saw the need to imbue them with the color, rhythm, and traditions of place. Sketches for public gardens and vintage indigenous textiles influenced many of our patterns. Curved lines contrasted with geometric shapes resonate with a contemporary canvas, and our muted palette brings calm to a space.
